Dustin, a native Texan, grew up in the trucking business. His father owned a transportation and logistics company, so Dustin was never far from the industry. An entrepreneur at heart, Dustin owned a variety of other businesses, but ultimately chose to walk in his father’s footsteps and opened his first trucking company, Zeus Logistics, in 2010.

Chelsey, an attorney by trade, cut her legal teeth at a family-operated trucking company in 2009. She worked at a variety of firms from 2010 until 2023, when she decided to join IFT-Safeway fulltime.

We founded Safeway-2-transport in 2012, which later became IFT-Safeway through acquisition.

We’ve been married since 2012 and have two sons, Dane (9) and Tripp (6). We live outside of Franklin, TN. When we aren’t busy coaching youth sports you can find Dustin on the golf course, or in a hockey arena, and Chelsey at the gym, or volunteering.
